The south end is spread out, so the route runs Barrhaven first thing, then down through Riverside South and Findlay Creek, with Manotick on the way back. Booking earlier in the day usually gets you a tighter window.

Washer let go upstairs and water was coming through the kitchen ceiling. They talked me through shutting the valves off while I was still on the phone, then got here the same afternoon.
Two appliances went within a month of each other, which apparently is normal when the builder installs them all at the same time. He sorted the dishwasher and told me what to watch for on the fridge.
We are out past the village and most places either will not come or add a charge for it. No fuss here, same price as anywhere else, and he was on time.

No. The diagnostic is the same flat fee whether you are in Longfields or out past Manotick, and there is no separate travel charge inside the area listed above. We run the south end as its own route rather than sending someone down from across the city, which is what makes that possible.
Shut the two water valves behind the machine, do not start another cycle, and call rather than use the form. Second-floor laundry rooms sit above finished ceilings, so a slow leak turns into a drywall job quickly. Tell us it is leaking when you ring and it moves up the list.
Same day is normal if you call in the morning, since the route starts in Barrhaven and works south. Later in the afternoon it depends on where the technician already is. We answer seven days a week from 7 AM to 11 PM, so you will get a real answer rather than a voicemail.
Often, yes, and it catches people out. A builder package goes in on the same week, so the appliances reach the same wear point together. While the technician is there, ask them to look over the others. It costs nothing and it is better than finding out in stages.
