Three Bosch call-outs written up by the technician who went. One of them did not need a repair at all, and it is on the list for exactly that reason.

Bosch Built-In Dishwasher

Barrhaven · September 2026 · One visit

Symptom: Dead mid-cycle with an E15 on the display and the drain pump humming away on its own.
Found: Water in the base tray had tripped the float, which is what E15 is there to do. The source was a perished seal on the sump housing, not the door and not the hoses.
Fixed: Drew the machine out from under the counter, replaced the seal, dried the tray, reset the float and ran a full cycle before refitting the cabinet panel.
On site: Close to two hours, mostly getting it in and out of the cabinetry.

Bosch Compact Dryer

Vanier · August 2026 · One visit

Symptom: Cycles getting longer and longer, clothes still heavy at the end, owner convinced the heater had gone.
Found: Heater was fine. The condenser unit at the bottom was matted solid with lint and had clearly never been pulled out since the machine was installed.
Fixed: Stripped and washed the condenser, cleared the filters and the housing, then showed the owner how to do it. Charged the diagnostic and nothing else.
On site: Around 45 minutes. No parts.

Bosch Wall Oven

Riverside South · June 2026 · One visit

Symptom: Everything baking pale and undercooked, and the door sitting slightly proud at the top corner.
Found: One door hinge had sagged, so the door was not sealing and heat was bleeding out along the top edge. The thermostat everybody suspects was reading correctly.
Fixed: Replaced both hinges as a pair so the door pulls evenly, fitted a new door gasket, then checked the cavity temperature against the setting before leaving.
On site: About 90 minutes.
